Return & Refund Policy

At Cosmic Drips Store, many of our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at cosmicdripsstore@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a physical return is required, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Size or Color Selection

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds when the customer selects the wrong size, color, or other product option. Please review the product description and size information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once production has started.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
